When you travel to South Africa there are certain things that you expect from your trip. Perhaps a safari is on your list of things to do, or an adventure vacation. One of the things that you can’t miss is the biltong of South Africa. A truly tempting creation of dried and highly seasoned meat, biltong is as individual as the maker.
