Rights in Temporary Custody
Before even considering what I have to do to get a divorce I have to make sure that my kids and I are safe. I have to make sure that upon leaving my husband all the necessary paperwork is in order and that the courts will not allow temporary custody to go to my husband. This relationship is abusive and I have to get out not just for me but for the kids. I need help to get protection so that the minute I do decide to leave for good we are all covered and that the kids will not have to go back.
