Where Can I Get a California Mortgage?
I have been asking everyone I know where I can get a California Mortgage. I have this house that I really want to buy, but I have had a hard time finding a mortgage company that is highly recommended. I did a simple internet search and ran into a mortgage company that sounded perfect. I applied for a home loan, and they helped me get an FHA home loan. All I needed to put down was 3.5%, which is a lot less than with a standard loan. I love the FHA home loan program and am glad it is available for me!
