Using My Inheritance for Land Investment Purposes
My uncle passed away recently and left me a pretty hefty inheritance. I was the only family member left for him to pass his money onto and he was relatively wealthy. I want to make some land investments in order to make the money work for me. I think I already have enough of my money invested in stocks and bonds, and this would be a way that I could diversify my holdings a bit. My uncle had the money very conservatively invested, and I would like to get a little bit higher returns if this is possible. I am hoping investing in land will help me to do this.
