Thinking About Buying a House That Needs Work
Recently my husband and I went to see three different houses that were for sale. Out of the three houses we are only consider buying one of them. If we decide we want the house we are going to try to get one of the Arizona VA loans to pay for it. I’m still not sure if I want to get the house because it needs a lot of work done to it. My husband said that he thinks we should get the house, because it is below are budget. He also said that he will be able to do most of the work on the house so it wouldn’t take that much money to fix it up.
