Experimenting with grilled pizzas

I have this one planned for tonight. I just roll the dough into individual sized pizzas, and let each person top theirs with whatever they want. Ive been making grilled pizza all summer, whenever we have guests. Thanks for the walk through. Weve been experimenting with grilled pizzas this summer and used the grill for everything but that. There is nothing better than buy pizza peel grilled pizza all that smokiness just adds to the flavor. Anyway, smoky plumes emanating from the kitchen aside, if this pizza can be this good cooked on a shoddy indoor grill pan, I can only imagine how dreamy it will be seared over fire in your backyard or on your rooftop this weekend.
