Thanksgiving Day Turkey
We use a rotisserie to cook our Thanksgiving Day turkey but there are many who still prefer roast turkey. Slow cooking the turkey in the oven most of the day. Personally I like to sleep in on turkey day so the rotisserie is my favorite method of preparing the bird of the day. Plus in my opinion cooking it with rotisserie makes it just as crispy on the outside and even more juicy on the inside. But regardless of how it is prepared you will want to let your turkey thaw in the refrigerator for at least two or three days.
