Weight Loss And Knee Problem

One of my friends has always had knee problems. This was mainly because she was obese. And most of her weight had to be borne by her feet. This was a real tragedy. And only because of this, I told her to lose some weight. Weight loss was the only option that could help her stay fit. She told me that even her doc has recommended the same thing. And I really was happy when she listened to me as she never would otherwise. I asked her how she was going to lose weight. And she told me that she is seeing some dietician and will follow what she says. I asked her about the exercise regime. She told me that exercise would be tough for her at this stage as she was really overweight with knee issue. And I suggested her to take up yoga which can really boost weight loss. She should do asanas and hand exercises which would burn a few calories. Weight loss can help you do so many things and if you are overweight you really suffer from so many problems. This is the reason why I feel that weight loss can solve almost all your problems.
