Proper Way of Doing Fitness Ball Exercises
One of the most popular crunches is the use of fitness ball exercises. What you need to do is to lay face up with the ball resting under your lower or middle back. You can either put your hands behind your back or just cross your arms over your chest. Simply contract your abs to lift your body off the ball, pulling the bottom of your ribcage down towards your hips. Keep the ball steady as you curl up. Don’t roll to avoid injuries. You can now lower your back down, giving a good stretch in your abs. Just do this for at least 10-16 repetitions.
