One of the problems that overweight people are faced with today is not knowing when to stop and say no to food. They are in denial that they are overeating. Reduce your portion sizes. Space your meals out by at least 3 hours with no snacking between. Don’t eat within the last 3 hours before going to bed. Only eat until you are completely satisfied. Never eat until you reach the point of fullness. Drink plenty of water. Have at least 5 servings of fruits and vegetables daily. Avoid processed foods and eat whole foods instead.
