Explosive Reps

Is strict form really that important to follow? Beginners and advanced trainers should follow different methods of training when doing their reps.  There are basicly 2 schools of thought when it comes to the form you follow when you are doing the reps. One is the way that most professional fitness trainers will tell you to do. It is the method of slow controled reps with moderate to light weight. The other is used to build actually build muscle muscle. It is done by using heavy weight and explosive reps. This is a tip to build bigger arms alot faster.
