There are plenty of ways to lose weight today. But when you think about it, people have been getting in shape for thousands of years. Long before they invented the nautilus machine. What is probably one of the easiest and cheapest quick ways to lose weight is through body weight exercises, just like the ancient Greeks used to do. I think even today’s Navy Seals practice a form of body weight exercises to get into really good shape. If it is good enough for the Navy Seals, then it is probably good enough for you and me. Push ups, sit ups, pull ups, all those are golden for weight loss.
