A single Chronic Fatigue treatment does not exist
Until fairly recently, doctors used to believe that Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is one illness – though to be more accurate, until fairly recently doctors didn’t even believe this illness exists but thought patients are psychosomatic!
That’s wrong. Chronic Fatigue refers to many different illnesses. Each version has its own chronic fatigue treatment.
A compromised immune system requires boosting the immune system using appropriate methods (such as B-12 shots).
Sleep apnea requires enabling the body not to choke at night using machines such as CPAP.
Chronic Fatigue/Fibromyalgia requires understanding the illness and avoiding triggers such as stress and exercise.
Each one of those is different, and yet the symptoms might be remarkably similar.
