there are a ton of different programs out there that  will help you to lose fat and othhers that  will help yoou to build muscle. A fitness program for six pack abs can be used in both of these cases. it is important to know what to do inorder to getg a really ripped up set of abs. i know that i have a hard time keeping the fat off of my lower abs but i amm alweays trying to make sure that i am gaining at the same time. i think this is where i make my mistake alot of the time.
