vertical jump exercises – Very Effective Exercises
My best friend and I have been doing some training to increase our vertical jump so we can be better basketball players. The vertical jump exercises that we have been doing are really starting to work. I am jumping two inches higher than I could just a few weeks ago and my friend is doing even better. We joined a basketball league that will be starting in about a month and we want to be in good shape when it starts. I think these exercises are just what we needed to accomplish that. I have been working with my nephew on these same exercises and his coach at school is very impressed with his accomplishments.

What do most people want to change about their body? For women, it’s either your back side or your baby belly. For men, nine times out of ten, it’s how to lose your beer belly. I had just begun to think that it would take exercising from dusk until dark at a very high, intense, cardio level. And if that is the case, it’s mine forever. I might as well take complete ownership of my abs, but then I ran across newfitnessscience.com. Is there an easier way to obtain a six pack? Is what they say for real, LESS time in the gym? Since I don’t have all day, I like the idea.
my new hunting companion
As a lone hunter, I do find it boring sometimes. My family wants me to stop because I am getting a little old. It’s getting dangerous if I go hunting alone. They have no idea what could happen to me. But I didn’t want to stop. I loved hunting rabbits and ducks. That’s why I suggested getting a hunting dog. I chose an English Coonhound and it was great. I gave him hunting dog training as a puppy and now he follows every command I saw. He loves treats, as all dogs do. Now he accompanies me in my hunting trips.
Boot Camps Are Not Just for Bikinis
I laughed the first time I heard the name of the new diet my friend wanted to start. I reminded her that she hated the water, when would she ever wear a bikini. She said it was only the name of the diet, no bikinis are required. Bikini boot camps are more about eating right and exercising regularly so that you can train your body to look like you want it to look. She said I should stop laughing and join her. At first I was a little put off, then when I read about it, I decided to join her.
Comfortable Waterproof Clothing
I purchased my husband and my brother some galvin green waterproof clothing for Christmas. They both love to play golf and enter several golf tournaments every year. I wanted them to be able to be at the top of their game even when it was raining. The clothing is very protective while still being lightweight and comfortable. They said the clothes are great at keeping them warm when it’s windy as well. The clothing doesn’t seem to hinder their performance either. They won the last tournament they played in. I like to think that it was because of the clothing I bought them!
Getting into Scuba Diving
As a prospective new diver, I am gearing up for a two week vacation. I think under the circumstances, I am going to hire a SCUBA dive travel advisor. I want to be able to make the most of every minute of my trip, so I am planning this a year in advance. I have wanted to try scuba diving since I was ten years old. If all goes well, I may consider moving closer to the ocean, since I am now living in Ohio. Once I get my first dive under my belt, I will be more confident to make the move.
Cycle MN for a Great Weekend
Our state has so much terrific scenery. Just think about all those sparkling lakes, for instance. Even the cities have a special attraction, with their cleanliness and interesting architecture. You could take in the sights in a car, but why not cycle mn instead? You will not only spend your weekend getting overwhelmed by great sights, but you will benefit from the physical exercise as well. Before the winter weather hits, I recommend you take a weekend and tour Minnesota. You definitely won’t be sorry, and you might end up benefiting from some of the hospitality the people of our state are so famous for displaying.
Running in hot weather
In hot weather, you should not strip down to the bare minimum, because you must make sure that you protect your skin from the sun. Sunscreen can be annoying, because it blocks your pores and so prevents you from sweating, and also runs into your eyes, but it is a lot better than skin cancer.
On long runs, remember to refresh your sunscreen regularly, in case it is being washed away by sweat. If possible, block the sun using a sunhat and t-shirt so that you don’t have to rely on suntan lotion. Use zinc cream (as favored by cricketers) to protect your face from the sun.
If you’re running on a Proform treadmill, all you need to do is turn on the cooling fan and have a lovely stream of cool air blown over your head and shoulders – easy.
