How an appraisal helped sell my modified truck
My truck was heavily modified, but I needed to sell it. On the other hand, I didn’t want all the money I spent on mods to go to waste. Obviously, I had to consider the price of previous sales of modified trucks, but I didn’t have that data available. Therefore, I turned to an auto appraisal service to figure out a fair price for my truck. They came over and took a lot of pictures. They also took some notes as well. With the previous sale data they had, they determined a fair price in a comprehensive report that I gave to buyers to stay close to my asking price.
