The Acoustic Guitar Player In The Post Office
The other day I was waiting in line down at the post office, and this guy in line behind me started playing his acoustic guitar. I didn’t think you were allowed to play musical instruments in the post office, but nobody seemed to mind, especially the people working there. He wasn’t playing very loud, just strumming along a simple rhythm and a few chords, and he definitely wasn’t singing. It was actually pretty soothing, and I think quite a few people really appreciated the impromptu concern, despite how subdued it seemed to be. I don’t know if I’d ever be brave enough to play an acoustic guitar in public like that.
